After breakfast, laundry, tank maintenance, a walk to the river, and a quick game of checkers, we headed to the west coast town of Hokitika. But not very far down SH6 we stopped at the Buller Gorge Swing Bridge. Ivy took a nap in the campervan while HAH and SBH crossed the bridge and took a walk on the other side. In typical "Kiwi as" style, for an extra fee one can return on a swing or zip line a la Superman style. Later on we had a picnic along the Buller River and accidentally crossed a railroad bridge in our campervan.

To Hokitika
After breakfast, laundry, tank maintenance, a walk to the river, and a quick game of checkers, we headed to the west coast town of Hokitika.
